I arranged for a replacement vehicle while my car was in the workshop. I was given an estimated arrival time, and the representative called to let me know they might be about 30 minutes late, which was very courteous. They actually arrived only around 15 minutes late, and I found both representatives to be exceptionally professional. They explained the features of the rental car and ensured I inspected it; it was in nearly perfect condition. A fantastic car! I would definitely use their service again.
