Review Time
I had to call Green Flag due to an issue with my vehicle and a gentleman from Mansfield attended within a reasonable time. I had received text messages with an estimated arrival time and he came quite a while before this which was a bonus.
The mechanic diagnosed the fault and undertook a temporary fix until I could book my car into my dealer for a repair, it still being under warranty.
I am still waiting for someone to reach out to me. The rental car has not been delivered, and my vehicle has not been picked up. I have been in touch with nine different representatives and remain confused about the situation. I received an email stating that my claim has been closed and is only logged for informational purposes. My car is still broken, and there has been no further action.
I arranged for a replacement vehicle while my own was in the workshop. I received an estimated arrival time, and the representative called ahead to inform me they might be about 30 minutes late, which was very polite. They ended up arriving only about 15 minutes late, and I found both representatives to be extremely professional. They explained the rental car's features and ensured I inspected it thoroughly; it was nearly in perfect condition. A fantastic vehicle! It was a pleasure working with them, and I would certainly choose their service again.
I received a text requesting a review following their supposed "attendance to my vehicle." This is completely untrue. No technician came, contacted me, or addressed the critical safety issue (blacked-out dashboard/speedometer) in the rental car. After being promised assistance, my case was closed and misrepresented. I would advise caution.
