Having returned to my friends car we discovered it would not start. Appeared to be a flat battery but an attempts to jump start proved fruitless. Called my breakdown service and they appointed Mansfield to attend.Given it was gone midnight we knew we had a to sit tight.We were kept informed of attendance time and even sent a tracking link.Driver was extremely helpful and as we were cold let us sit in the warm cab while he loaded the vehicle. He really did take control and knew what he was doing.Within a short time we were off to drop the car at my friends house.The breakdown driver was very empathetic and we felt we were in good safe hands.Thank you for helping what was a very daunting night for us.
