I received an estimated arrival time, and the representative called ahead to inform me they might be about 30 minutes late, which was very polite. They ended up arriving only about 15 minutes late, and I found both representatives to be extremely professional. They explained the rental car's features and ensured I inspected it thoroughly; it was nearly in perfect condition. A fantastic vehicle! It was a pleasure working with them, and I would certainly choose their service again.
