The CC was fantastic to say the least!! Honestly, I'd taken step1 4 years ago and failed it, for multiple reasons, one of them being the ineffective prep and my paying equal attention to both relevant and irrelevant stuff. This guided me through the prep process and now I feel super confident to get back to UW solving.
This STEP 1 course was truly exceptional. The depth and clarity of the content were beyond my expectations. The material wasn’t just presented — it was structured, refined, and delivered in a way that made even complex topics feel manageable and interconnected.
The tutors gave their absolute best. Their dedication was obvious in every session — they paid attention to high-yield details, emphasized critical nuances, and, most importantly, helped us understand how different systems and diseases intersect rather than teaching them in isolation. That cross-system integration made a huge difference in how I think through questions.

Hello, I haven’t been able to attend the live classes online, but after work I log into the platform to watch the recordings and study the Anki decks. I have to say that the reinforcement I’ve received has been excellent. I’ve noticed an improvement in my UWorld scores, and it has really helped me focus my learning on what truly matters.
Great overall review on high yield concepts to know for Step 2. Each tutor has their own specialty on the subject which I enjoyed. Found the images generated on the slides to be very helpful in visualizing next steps and management. The anki cards was the one thing that really helped me with spaced repetition and am glad the materials were the same for both Step 2 and Step 3 so its great to know that I can continue with these for the long run. Only feedback I would suggest is adding the images generated and additional notes onto the cards as it took me a long time to do so. I will be applying these cards as part of my studies and will be doing an assessment soon to see if it helps. Overall thanks again in providing a structure to approach
All the tutors are extremely dedicated and genuinely take the time to help students with any doubts/queries they might have. Discussions were well-rounded and detail-oriented. One of the best classes available for the price and work they put in.

I purchased a membership with the trading club, and it was the worst experience imaginable.
1. There was no response from the management and no customer service, which caused many in the group to lose money!
2. They claimed to have top traders, which turned out to be untrue.
3. They promoted the group as being small and created urgency to join, yet they continued to add more and more members, resulting in chaos with too many participants!
4. In the end, I ended up losing money.
5. They completely ignore emails.
6. If you express your opinion in the chat, you risk being removed; they seem unaware of freedom of speech, especially for a company registered in the USA, where consumers can voice their thoughts! Update:
I have lost trust in the trading club and no longer want their copy trading services. I requested a cancellation and refund via email a month ago, but received no reply. Instead, I was removed from the trading group and denied access to the educational platform.
Overall, your advertisements are misleading. As a consumer, I deserve a refund.
Hisham helped me for one month while preparing for my USMLE Step 3. I had very limited time to study because I am currently doing my Family Medicine residency in Canada. I mainly needed support with CCS cases and a brief review of statistics. I also did not have time to thoroughly review Step 1 and Step 2 material—my primary goal was to obtain U.S. licensure.
