I cancelled my £180pm subscription for 8 leads pm after 3 weeks and only 3 leads 1 being totally inappropriate and I informed them by email and returned it. I'm still being charged and my emails are not being answered. Disgusted don't bother. I can no longer log on so my account must be closed but they're still charging me. 😤😤😤

Basically, the guys behind CTA are a rare breed - they are incredibly gifted at what they do, a pleasure to deal with and conduct themselves with integrity. Reading some of the negative reviews on here makes me laugh - the truth is a bunch of people that have bad reviews are probably accountants that are crap at sales and who aren't applying enough resource to get a result. When you try out any lead generation service, you have to give it time to work. Yeah, there might be times when 7,8,9 or 10 leads don't get you anywhere, but then the next 5 might all convert. We've been clients with these for ages and they are literally the premier, gold standard lead generation service for accountants.
Clearly sold my details to third parties, I'm now getting spam calls constantly. Very disappointing.**update - Thanks for the reply. This review was left in November 2024, 7 months ago. I dont remember what your terms and conditions stated. All I know is that the calls I received were classed as 'spam' on my phone. I was inundated for weeks. I emailed you to ask for all my details to be removed from your company. I still received calls. Your company might be excellent, but unfortunately, for me, interacting with your website was a low point last November.
