The absolute worst service delivery experience. I ordered a mattress online on 10 January 2026. Over 2 weeks later, no delivery update after numerous attempts for feedback. I emailed them for an update, no response. I called their online query desk, which promised to escalate the matter, no response. I contacted them via their Whatsapp line, also full of promises to deliver, but no response. 16 days later and I have no mattress and no way of cancelling my order and no update on when or whether delivery is going to take place.
