The absolute worst service delivery experience. I ordered a mattress online on 10 January 2026. Over 2 weeks later, no delivery update after numerous attempts for feedback. I emailed them for an update, no response. I called their online query desk, which promised to escalate the matter, no response. I contacted them via their Whatsapp line, also full of promises to deliver, but no response. 16 days later and I have no mattress and no way of cancelling my order and no update on when or whether delivery is going to take place.
I ordered a mattress on December 19 with a delivery assurance of 6-10 days. By December 30, after multiple follow-ups, I was informed they were out of stock and would only have new stock by mid-January. They suggested that if I paid extra, I could receive another bed in about a week. Extremely disappointing.

However, they suggested I pay more for another bed that could arrive in a week or so. Very disappointing.
Fraud alert. They took my payment and have not delivered any products or responded to my messages. Avoid them to protect your money. I placed my order on June 20, and as of July 11, I still haven't received anything or heard back from them despite my many emails.
