An unqualified and horrible person. His app is terrible, and I’ve heard he’s now trying to sell meal prep containers that are readily available elsewhere. He is toxic and treats women horrendously. He has a criminal record for offenses against women and needs to be stopped. I was blocked for questioning his weight loss theories. My husband, who is a personal trainer and nutritionist, was shocked when I showed him this person's content about fat-shaming women.
I discovered the Meal Prep King through social media and initially considered buying his books - but I was completely put off by the tone and toxicity of his online behaviour. He constantly fat shames, mocks people’s appearances, and pushes an extreme and narrow view of “health” that feels more rooted in control and judgment than actual wellbeing.Some of his comments — especially about women, pregnancy weight, and so-called “excuses” — are deeply harmful. It’s not motivational, it’s triggering. He often lashes out at people who question him, calling them “snowflakes” and blocking anyone who disagrees. There’s no room for genuine discussion — just ego and aggression.Although I haven’t used the app myself for these reasons, I’m inviting anyone who has to come forward and share their honest experience. Shame I can’t give a 0 review. The app is nothing special, recipes are boring and unappealing (to me) TDEE calculator is the same as you can access online for free. The community is “ok”, it’s nothing spectacular like John tries to make out it is. Plus the man himself doesn’t make much of an appearance like he said he would? Seems to MIA a lot :( I think he’s relying on his members propping it up which isn’t what people are signing up for. Save your cash and spend it elsewhere!

Brought access to the app, decided on pay monthly basis so I could see if it was any good. I didn’t like the meals, (personal preference nothing wrong with the recipes) however after emailing numerous times over several weeks to request to cancel, I’ve had no response whatsoever. Really disappointing and have now had to cancel through my bank
Absolute vile human being! Is a bully and Harasses people online and personally targets them! Promotes “healthy lifestyle” yet telling people online who seeking help or advice ( it’s not in your price range) he replied to one women. Like what she asked you a question? Then to go onto TikTok to see this vile “man” in people comment sections or lives they do and being absolutely degrading to these people Who don’t even know this guy is until he comes up in there comments or lives.. Where may I add? He clearly stalk him because he does it on a daily basis until they notice and comment!!! He then goes onto abuse them after he’s blocked them!!! I would stay far far far away from this vile disgusting creature
