Three days ago, I received an update about a transfer made via IBAN and Switch, but it was done incorrectly as my name was not included. After three days, they stopped responding to my chats and emails since they returned the money they claimed to send. It appears they may want to keep my funds. I will continue to update them on whether I will get my money back or not.
