Recent experiences with customer service have been very disappointing. The phone lines are NOT functioning. I could elaborate further. I've been with the company for over a decade, but I need to reconsider my options.
I have been a loyal customer for quite some time, but that's changing now. I reached out to the company via email to resolve an issue just moments after placing my order, but received no reply. I then called and was on hold for an hour, yet the problem remained unresolved. Their website offered no options for me to rectify the issue myself, even right after my order was submitted.
I wanted to provide an update regarding the transfer made 3 days ago via IBAN and Switch. Unfortunately, the transfer was incorrect as they failed to include the name I provided. Now, after 3 days, they have stopped responding to my messages and emails since returning the money they claimed to have sent. It feels like they are trying to keep my funds. I will keep you posted on whether they resolve this issue or if I am being taken advantage of. Best regards.

After three days, they stopped responding to my chats and emails since they returned the money they claimed to send. It appears they may want to keep my funds. I will continue to update them on whether I will get my money back or not.
Be wary of this app. Depositing money is straightforward, but withdrawing it becomes complicated. They may block your account without reason and provide no solutions. The support is lacking, leading to frustration and potential loss of funds. Consider other options; this could waste both time and money.
