I wanted to provide an update regarding the transfer made 3 days ago via IBAN and Switch. Unfortunately, the transfer was incorrect as they failed to include the name I provided. Now, after 3 days, they have stopped responding to my messages and emails since returning the money they claimed to have sent. It feels like they are trying to keep my funds. I will keep you posted on whether they resolve this issue or if I am being taken advantage of. Best regards.
