Placed an order on December 8th, 2023 — by January 10th, no updates whatsoever with shipping, etc. so I reached out and they said the product had been discontinued and I would not be getting it so I requested a refund. They notified me that they cancelled my order on 1/10/2024 and to allow 10-15 business days to receive my refund. I never received a refund or email update so I emailed AGAIN on 2/1/2024 inquiring about my refund status and still no response. I sent a third email on 2/14/2024, still no response. At this point it’s been over a month. Will be opening up a claim with my bank if I don’t hear back.
