I ordered a mystery box from the service, and it was my first time trying them. I was excited to receive three mystery items. They arrived in nice packaging, but upon opening, I found only a pair of very thin gold hoops, a gold tennis bracelet, and what seemed to be a bracelet or anklet that I couldn't identify its use for. It was too small for my neck and too large for my wrist or ankle. When I contacted the support team for assistance, they informed me it was a choker. I explained that it didn’t fit, but they simply stated it was part of the mystery box and couldn't offer any help. I understand now why their rating is so low.
