I am extremely let down by their customer service. I sent my device on 05/12/2025, and it was delivered on 09/12/2025. I received an email stating that they needed an ID and the purchase invoice. I replied with both within five minutes. After that, there was no response. I keep receiving emails asking for the same documents, and there has been no reply to any of my messages or emails.
