I am very unhappy with customer support. I sent my device on 05/12/2025, and it arrived on 09/12/2025. I received an email asking for an ID and the purchase invoice. I responded with both within five minutes. Since then, I have not received any updates. I keep getting emails requesting the same documents, and there has been no response to my messages or emails.
I am extremely let down by their customer service. I sent my device on 05/12/2025, and it was delivered on 09/12/2025. I received an email stating that they needed an ID and the purchase invoice. I replied with both within five minutes. After that, there was no response. I keep receiving emails asking for the same documents, and there has been no reply to any of my messages or emails.
I recently decided to sell my old device with a company I found online. I had seen numerous positive reviews and expected a smooth process. The initial experience was great: quick and straightforward from the moment I received my first quote, and their communication was clear. The only issue arose when I dropped off the laptop. I was told they couldn't conduct the final appraisal on the spot and would send the results via email later. When the final price came through, it was lower than the initial quote—this can happen, but they didn’t provide a reason. The laptop had only minor scratches, and I had rated it 'good,' close to mint condition. However, I couldn’t discuss the new pricing; it was either accept the new offer or retrieve my laptop. While not a major issue, it left me wondering if they intentionally lowball final offers after presenting a higher initial price. A brief explanation for the price drop would have been appreciated. Despite this hiccup, I would still recommend them if you're looking to trade in your tech.
I purchased a device through a marketplace during a sale event. My order was confirmed, and I was actively monitoring for the tracking link. Because the order was confirmed, I bought accessories from another seller to prepare for the device's arrival. Then—without warning and without my consent—the seller canceled my order and issued a refund I never agreed to. Under consumer law, I do not have to accept this refund, and I have made this clear repeatedly. Since then, both the seller and the marketplace have ignored my messages and my consumer rights. To make matters worse, the accessories I ordered were rushed out so quickly after the cancellation that they sent the wrong item. Now I’m stuck returning an international item and waiting weeks for a refund, all because the original device was never provided. This feels like a classic bait-and-switch: advertise a high-demand item at a good price, confirm the order, then quietly cancel once the customer has committed. I now have active complaints lodged with consumer protection authorities. Avoid this seller and be cautious when buying from that marketplace.
If I could give negative stars, I would. I sent my device to this company, believing they were professional. They advertise attractive prices online—what a clever way to lure customers! Then, they claimed my device had 'aftermarket parts' and offered a much lower price. When I refused, they asked for a return fee and sent my device back with a part that they replaced. When I called them after receiving the device, the representative said she inspected it upon arrival, but later mentioned needing to 'check with her manager.' They even offered a free re-inspection, which makes no sense unless they know they swapped parts. I am escalating this to consumer protection authorities because someone needs to stop these scammers. If anyone else has had a similar experience, please share so we can address this together.
Frustrating experience! I sent in my device in excellent condition. Their website states that 'good condition' means minor signs of use, but my device was evaluated at a lower price due to alleged 'ding and discoloration.' I was told I could either collect my device or pay a return fee. It feels like I’m being held hostage with a fee to return my device, which isn’t clearly documented. Even based on their definition of 'good,' I should have received a higher offer. Their business model seems built around sending your device off and forcing you to accept a lower offer or pay undefined fees.
