If I could give negative stars, I would. I sent my device to this company, believing they were professional. They advertise attractive prices online—what a clever way to lure customers! Then, they claimed my device had 'aftermarket parts' and offered a much lower price. When I refused, they asked for a return fee and sent my device back with a part that they replaced. When I called them after receiving the device, the representative said she inspected it upon arrival, but later mentioned needing to 'check with her manager.' They even offered a free re-inspection, which makes no sense unless they know they swapped parts. I am escalating this to consumer protection authorities because someone needs to stop these scammers. If anyone else has had a similar experience, please share so we can address this together.
