Their website states that 'good condition' means minor signs of use, but my device was evaluated at a lower price due to alleged 'ding and discoloration.' I was told I could either collect my device or pay a return fee. It feels like I’m being held hostage with a fee to return my device, which isn’t clearly documented. Even based on their definition of 'good,' I should have received a higher offer. Their business model seems built around sending your device off and forcing you to accept a lower offer or pay undefined fees.
