I am very unhappy with customer support. I sent my device on 05/12/2025, and it arrived on 09/12/2025. I received an email asking for an ID and the purchase invoice. I responded with both within five minutes. Since then, I have not received any updates. I keep getting emails requesting the same documents, and there has been no response to my messages or emails.
