I waited weeks for my order, which arrived after Christmas, making it too late for gifting. I followed up multiple times, and when the item finally arrived, it was a child's size instead of the large men's tracksuit I ordered. It lacked labels and was made of shiny, slippery material. I requested a refund but was offered minimal amounts and told to return it at my own expense. This service seems to be a scam. I'm working with my bank for a refund. Please be cautious!
