Update: Still an awful experience. I initially posted a review regarding my item not arriving, which was clearly from overseas. It eventually arrived late and was not what I ordered. The 'wool' jumper was certainly not wool, and the design was different. I contacted them for a refund, and they offered a series of increasingly minimal refunds instead of addressing my concerns. They are attempting to make it difficult for me to return the defective item, and I have no trust they will refund me if I pay for the return. This is a scam, and I am considering legal action as a matter of principle.
