The product was largely good, and customer service was good when needed however:
The milk boxes go gross and mouldy pretty quickly even under cover (UK weather), but it feels wasteful and crappy having to repurchase.
But mainly: I will *always* down rate companies that use gross unsubscribe practices. The lack of an easy way to cancel and then being redirected multiple times and forced to fill in feedback forms is gross practice and makes it very unlikely we'll resubscribe.
The invoice timing also seems designed to make it annoying to keep track of as your payments are handled far apart from the actual delivery date.
