Absolutely terrible! I paid for free delivery for a year yet they are still charging me delivery fees every week.
Tried to cancel my subscription but find it impossible to remove all items from orders!

This is the perfect classic milkman service! Wake up on your designated day and your milk and eggs are on the doorstep! I love it! The produce is fresh and tasty and the website is easy to use. You can update your order the day before you’re due a delivery which is just perfect when you run out of bread and can’t be bothered to leave the house☺️ Great service and brilliant products would highly recommend
Very convenient service. We have been using it for a few years now. Price is little above supermarket but getting farm fresh milk and eggs is worth it. Good choice of milk and alternatives as well as premium brand eggs. We get pastries delivered on Fridays which is great for Saturday morning breakfast. I like the doorstep boxes which are a must with all the rain. Only downside to them is that if you don’t varnish them yourself they only last about a year if left out 24/7.

I think it’s very inappropriate for sales people to be knocking on peoples doors at nearly 8pm at night trying to sell their services. I have 4 children asleep upstairs! That’s 1 way to stop me from considering ordering from them.
I’ve been a member of the round for about two months and my experience has been amazing. The convenience of deliveries whilst knowing local farmers are supported, the quality of customer service is exceptional and the app is easy to use! I do want to mention the support you receive as a customer is beyond excellent from personal experience . Lots of benefits being a member of the round, discounts, free goodies at times, wide range & selection of fresh food and drinks which is great to see. Glad to have found the modernmilkman
I love having a milkman, it’s nice knowing if I need something I can order it and it’s delivered to my door. I also like recycling the glass jars and bottles. The produce is fresh and excellent quantity. This week the milkman took the empties out of the box but left all of my order on the doorstep so the egg box got soaking wet and nearly fell apart when I picked it up, I thought that’s why I had a wooden box for? I would definitely recommend the modern milkman though.
The product was largely good, and customer service was good when needed however:
The milk boxes go gross and mouldy pretty quickly even under cover (UK weather), but it feels wasteful and crappy having to repurchase.
But mainly: I will *always* down rate companies that use gross unsubscribe practices. The lack of an easy way to cancel and then being redirected multiple times and forced to fill in feedback forms is gross practice and makes it very unlikely we'll resubscribe.
The invoice timing also seems designed to make it annoying to keep track of as your payments are handled far apart from the actual delivery date.
Despite many successful deliveries, This time, the delivery man sent milkshakes to a wrong address. He just left bottles of milk at a public corridor. Of course , anyone could collect the free gifts when they passed by. But customer service is nice to refund me and appreciate it very much. Overall the experience is okay .
