Welp, I've tried everything to get them to pay. I am well past 90 business days. Do not play here obviously they are cons. They violated their Terms of service. Legal proceedings will take place, I have alerted my DA office and will be filing a complaint with JAMS to get resolution as well. I have reached out to Trevor and Jared Pope with no response from either. They are living very comfortably... I even offered to forfeit a portion of my winnings to get an immediate payout. The real kicker is that although they violated their own terms of service, if they find an issue with your account, they will refuse payout even though they violated their terms of service as well lmao. So the rules really only apply to us. Hopefully we are looking at a lengthy prison time for sweepstakes fraud on both of the Pope Brothers. Trevor also owns Lake Las Vegas water sports. I reached out to them hoping they could direct me to Trevor. Nothing. I tried to be nice. Pay me my money.
