I have been waiting on my redemption since September 12th of 2025.
It is now March 3rd 2026. This has been almost 6 months and far over the 90 days they promise. Do NOT play here if you ever want to see your winnings. They make you wait months so you play your money back into the site hoping to win more. The site is a scam, they used to be quick with redemptions. It was 72 hours, then 1 week, then 1 month, not it says 90 business days however its a lie.
REDEMPTIONS ARE NOW ROUTINELY TAKING 6+ MONTHS!!!! Thats not a typo. Please before you deposit, read a few reviews from different sources about this sham site.
You will see the same thing over and over again. THEY DO NOT PAY!!! You may win, but the site will be out of business before you see a dime of your money. DO NOT PLAY HERE!!!!
Please come together with me and BOYCOTT THE MONEY FACTORY. Show the world that taking 180 days or more to pay out, is NOT acceptable. Thar the lies from support and empty promises to pay out no longer work.
Once they file for bankruptcy, and close shop, people will understand their redemptions will NOT be paid. That all the promises, some posted in response to reviews on this very site, were just lies to defect the fact you were robbed by these greedy thieves.
And please remember to hold onto any conversations you had with support for the class action lawsuit being built.
PLEASE DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY at this casino. I put in for a redemption on 9/28/2025. And at first their terms and conditions stated that it could take up to 30 business days and about a week to two weeks into my wait time for my Redemption they change their policy to 90 business days. Well my 90 business days was up February 9th of this year and I still haven't received my Redemption and when I messaged them clearly being upset they tell me to keep it professional yet they're the ones that's not being professional by not handling their business properly. My Redemption request was only for $175 and today I've read some of the other reviews that some of these people have put in Redemption request after me yes they had to wait but they still got their money before me can anyone please tell me how that is fair at all. So please please do not waste your time money or efforts with this casino because you'll be waiting half a lifetime to get your Redemption
I have been awaiting a redemption from The Money Factory since Oct 2nd, 2025. In a few days, on March 2nd, it will have been 5 months since I put in the request for redemption via Bank Transfer which typically takes 1 to 5 days (if this were any other company). I have been reaching out to them since about 2 weeks after I put in the request. I have contacted their support via Live Chat. The Live Chat tells me their Live Chat team cannot handle "Redemption Inquiries." & That I should leave a message. When i email their support instead, I get told that I am past the "90-day redemption timeframe to escalation window and they will escalate it to management for review. Would I like to Live Chat with someone" ...so, live chat doesnt "handle redemption inquiries but the email support asks if I would like to Live chat with someone. I recently received a response maybe 2 days ago that called me a liar in not-so-many words because they didn't bother to read my message and made assumptions about what I was talking about. "We would nevet make promises we cant keep. Like stating you will receive your funds in 24-48 hours" (even though thats what my redemption email stated, that wasnt what I had said anyway. I said that they keep telling me they'll get back to me with an update in 48hrs and they never do. Anyway, long story short-er, this is not the sweeps casino to go to. I was shocked because I originally was very pleased with their casino. The overall feel felt like it was 1 of the more legitimate ones but it's clear that that isn't the case. Ive received my money in 3 days from casinos that look worse and have less games than Money Factory, so looks aren't everything. I tell you to go based on reviews. If you decide to proceed anyway, I suggest putting in some other kind of request than a bank transfer. (I would use Skrill but Skrill's customer support contacted me and said "sorry. You cannot sign up for an account at this time." And they won't give me a reason why. ? So, I was elated when I saw Money Factory had Bank Transfer.......wrong! 5 months for a transfer is absurd and feels fraudulent. They need to close. I have read many reviews across the internet: Reddit, Facebook, here, where people redeem their $ but dont receive it. It's very sad.
Terms and conditions consistently change. Legally they can do that but they MUST process redemption in accordance with the terms and conditions at time of request. Mine was at 30 days therefore have filed complaints with the gaming commission, state, BBB and formally sent my dispute to the company.
ABSOLUTELY DO NOT PLAY HERE. I sent a redemption 150 calendar days ago which is 97 business days. Their terms say they will redeem within 90 business days. BS. Stay far away. They will respond with some stupid "we are sorry you feel this way blah blah we are working diligently" they are 100's of other social casinos that don't do this. Get your act together. Do not play here. It's not worth it.
I wish I could give it 0 stars. I do absolutely love playing the games on this site. However, don't expect to ever get a payout from them on SC. The first 2 times I redeemed, I did not receive until after I sent message to customer service. Now, I have had a redemption pending since Nov '25... And messaged yet again, checked today. Their response to me is that it can take 90 business days or longer to process. There are numerous other sweepstakes casinos to choose from, I'll put my money on one that actually pays out.
90 days for a payout is wild do not play here !!!! Trust me do not play here ! Go somewhere else! Never visit this place again! I hope I save people's time.and money. The reviews are all fake

I won $300 months ago, but was told that they take a long time so I just waited, but now my winnings are not in my history or nothing no where and I haven't seen a dime of that money. I would give them a negative star if I could. I dont know when the exact date was all I know is it was several months ago.
