I have been awaiting a redemption from The Money Factory since Oct 2nd, 2025. In a few days, on March 2nd, it will have been 5 months since I put in the request for redemption via Bank Transfer which typically takes 1 to 5 days (if this were any other company). I have been reaching out to them since about 2 weeks after I put in the request. I have contacted their support via Live Chat. The Live Chat tells me their Live Chat team cannot handle "Redemption Inquiries." & That I should leave a message. When i email their support instead, I get told that I am past the "90-day redemption timeframe to escalation window and they will escalate it to management for review. Would I like to Live Chat with someone" ...so, live chat doesnt "handle redemption inquiries but the email support asks if I would like to Live chat with someone. I recently received a response maybe 2 days ago that called me a liar in not-so-many words because they didn't bother to read my message and made assumptions about what I was talking about. "We would nevet make promises we cant keep. Like stating you will receive your funds in 24-48 hours" (even though thats what my redemption email stated, that wasnt what I had said anyway. I said that they keep telling me they'll get back to me with an update in 48hrs and they never do. Anyway, long story short-er, this is not the sweeps casino to go to. I was shocked because I originally was very pleased with their casino. The overall feel felt like it was 1 of the more legitimate ones but it's clear that that isn't the case. Ive received my money in 3 days from casinos that look worse and have less games than Money Factory, so looks aren't everything. I tell you to go based on reviews. If you decide to proceed anyway, I suggest putting in some other kind of request than a bank transfer. (I would use Skrill but Skrill's customer support contacted me and said "sorry. You cannot sign up for an account at this time." And they won't give me a reason why. ? So, I was elated when I saw Money Factory had Bank Transfer.......wrong! 5 months for a transfer is absurd and feels fraudulent. They need to close. I have read many reviews across the internet: Reddit, Facebook, here, where people redeem their $ but dont receive it. It's very sad.
