PLEASE DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY at this casino. I put in for a redemption on 9/28/2025. And at first their terms and conditions stated that it could take up to 30 business days and about a week to two weeks into my wait time for my Redemption they change their policy to 90 business days. Well my 90 business days was up February 9th of this year and I still haven't received my Redemption and when I messaged them clearly being upset they tell me to keep it professional yet they're the ones that's not being professional by not handling their business properly. My Redemption request was only for $175 and today I've read some of the other reviews that some of these people have put in Redemption request after me yes they had to wait but they still got their money before me can anyone please tell me how that is fair at all. So please please do not waste your time money or efforts with this casino because you'll be waiting half a lifetime to get your Redemption
