We’ve been with the monitoring service for five years. After encountering some financial issues earlier this month, we couldn’t pay the full annual amount of 295. When we called back to settle the payment, we were informed of an additional reinstallation fee of 125. They claimed a technician needed to come out, despite us already having everything set up and it not being long since our cancellation. They were uncooperative and even suggested we find another company. They wouldn’t waive the reinstallation fee, even though we don’t need a technician since everything is new and was working fine. Now, with the extra charges, we’re looking at $35 a month for 12 months instead of the advertised $15.99. Sadly, we feel we need to walk away due to their treatment over the phone.
