I was disappointed at first not face to face but from the beginning of the call Tilly was both professional and polite. I needed to ask a fair few questions but she didn't rush or cut over me. I felt listened to, understood and very good answers to all my queries. In the end I didn't not meeting face to face. Tilly was superb!
