I wasted nearly 2 years on a case involving my BMW that has failed vapour seals and a couple of buckled wheels. It took months between each reply, and even when I provided evidence - both regarding the widely known issue with the vapour seals - and MOTs regarding the buckled wheels, the case handler made excuse after excuse as to why the evidence I provided was insufficient.
When I looked into how they're funded, it therefore came as no surprise to learn they are funded by the motor industry themselves...
