I received a new vehicle that had significant issues and was missing one of the crucial features I specifically requested. On the day of delivery, the vehicle was not clean, and during the process of addressing these problems, I was misled by the service center involved. Important details were left out, and I experienced a complete lack of courtesy, honesty, professionalism, or integrity. The oversight body has not been receptive to my concerns and is downplaying the serious issues I am facing.
The assessment took far too long, and my statements were not read correctly, leading to accusations that I hadn't returned my vehicle for the traders to fix the battery issue. Despite sending documentation multiple times proving I returned the car on four occasions and that a support service confirmed the charging system was faulty, the oversight body ignored this evidence. Their representative seemed biased and refused to assist me, resulting in an 18-month ordeal with no updates for a year and no opportunity for phone communication before a decision was made. This caused me significant distress and frustration.

The representative was very patient, listened attentively, and provided detailed information about my options and rights under consumer regulations. Although the dealer I purchased from wasn't under their jurisdiction, they directed me to the citizens advice bureau for further assistance.
In retrospect, I would not seek help from this organization. The process was painfully slow, lasting years, making us feel forgotten. There was sympathy toward the garage, with no chance for us to challenge their claims. They can take months or years to pursue a case while expecting us to respond in five days.
