I received a new vehicle that had significant issues and was missing one of the crucial features I specifically requested. Important details were left out, and I experienced a complete lack of courtesy, honesty, professionalism, or integrity. The oversight body has not been receptive to my concerns and is downplaying the serious issues I am facing.
