I ordered this jacket the beginning of December as a Christmas gift and paid $15 for expedited shipping to ensure I would receive it in time. It was not shipped out in the time frame it was supposed to, so I reached out to the company and was told they would issue a receipt for a refund for my shipping cost. Never received that back. So, I luckily received my order the 23rd of December & the jacket was too small, despite going by the measurements given on the website. I contacted them and was told if I paid an additional $50, I would be sent an additional jacket in the XL size I needed and be able to keep the Large jacket that was too small instead of going through the process of an exchange. I paid the $50, received the new order a while after, and was sent a 2XL instead of an XL as requested. Now I have paid over $200 and have one jacket that is too small and one that is too big. I was emailed by Stacy wanting to know how my experience was, and I was polite in letting her know that I was not pleased and gave her the full story of my situation. She asked for pictures of the 2XL jacket that I received as the replacement, and I sent them immediately. She told me she would get back with me as soon as possible regarding my complaint. It has been over three weeks and I haven’t received another response from her or anyone else regarding my complaint. I reached out a couple of days ago asking if there were any updates. Still have not heard anything back and I seriously doubt that I will. Very disappointed.
