It's hard to know where to start. This has been a complete waste of money. I mistakenly ordered the wrong size and reached out multiple times via email without any reply. After two weeks, I finally received a message stating I had to pay an extra shipping fee on top of what I had already paid. I replied that I wouldn’t pay any additional shipping charges since they were already covered. I just received my order, and it’s incorrect. Instead of the jacket I ordered, which was supposed to include a vest, I only got the vest. No one has responded to my emails. Ordering from this platform has been my biggest regret lately. If you enjoy throwing away your money, then I suggest them; otherwise, steer clear of this service.

The jacket i ordered had a vest and jacket underneath. I only received the vest & no one has responded to my emails. My biggest mistake in recent times has been ordering anything from this site. If you like wasting your money, then I highly recommend them, if not, avoid this “business” at all costs. I know I won’t be buying anything from this site ever again.
No contact after they get your money. I ordered, and paid in full, for the item on October 11, 2025. Information and tracking was promised as soon as the "item is shipped". I've made three separate attempts to get an update. There has not been any contact since the transaction was completed. They didn't have to ask repeatedly for the payment. I would suggest shopping elsewhere if you want a return on your investment.Zero star wasn't an option. So I'll consider the single star for the polite emails I received confirming they received my payment, and their polite promise I would be advised when the item was to be shipped.
NEVER RECIEVED ANY INFORMATION ABOUT MY JACKET I ORDERED. THEY SAY MY PASSWORD IS CONSISTENTLY WRONG WHEN ITS NOT AND I NEVER FORGET MY LOG IN CREDENTIALS. AND THEN THEY WONT SEND ME A RECOVERY EMAIL TO CHANGE MY PASSWORD WHEN I ASK THEM TO 1000000x TIMES. I WANT MY MONEY BACK ASAP.I ALSO PLACED THIS ORDER LITERALLY 3 WEEKS AGO AND PAID 35 DOLLARS FOR 3-5 DAY SHIPPING LIKE WTF MAN
My coat arrived and I love it!! It fits perfectly. Bought this on account of the pictures and reviews other man, it looked great on them and I must say it looks great on me as well! 😃I'm 5'2″ 115# sz small fit great, just enough room for a thicker sweater underneath.
The Lainey Wilson coat she wore at the New Years Eve Nashville bash that I ordered. It was truly a spitting image of her coat. I wear size medium and Bought a medium. Fits like a glove, matches the coat nicely made and lined. The description was spot on. Couldn't be happier with this purchase. The customer service was excellent, and they would get back to me quickly if I had any questions.
I ordered from them on February 15, I wanted to cancel my order by PayPal because after a month no news, PayPal played the seller's game, the items arrived in April. The items supposedly from the United States arrived from Pakistan with more than mediocre quality, and again, PayPal refuses to reimburse me even though the seller never responded to me on his site. I find myself with clothes that will never be worn and in addition to the shipping costs, and the far too expensive price, customs fees are payable. Run away and keep your money, I lost $340 on a gift for my husband. That he will never have.
