I initially ordered an oven part for over $100, believing it would arrive before Thanksgiving. Although it was marked as shipped immediately, the tracking showed that the shipping label was created but the item wasn't sent out for several days. I reached out multiple times to see if it would arrive on time or if I needed to order from another seller. After several attempts without any response, I requested a cancellation and refund and chose to order from a different company. Shortly after my cancellation request, the part was finally shipped. I contacted the postal service to return it due to my new order, but despite numerous requests for a refund after the tracking indicated it was back at their warehouse, I have yet to receive any communication or my refund. Overall, the service has been very disappointing, leaving them with both the part and my money.
