The worst! Don’t ever buy anything from them. I bought a dryer lint filter replacement, it came really fast with no return address on it. I emailed them to let them know that it didn’t fit my dryer, it has been a week now and they still haven’t responded to my email.
We experienced the exact same issues as every other reviewer with the added issue of the company continuing to bill our credit card over and over. We ordered a fan for a Samsung refrigerator in October 2025. It never came and we were not able to contact the company. The only communication we ever received was a shopify receipt with a supposed shipping date. We took the matter up with our credit card company and disputed the charge. They charged the exact same amount in December and we disputed that one as well. They charged again in January and at this point we've had to close out the account. Wish we never heard of this fraudulent site. What a headache.
I attempted to return the parts, but there was no return address available. Upon checking the website, I noticed numerous positive reviews alongside 27 recent negative ones like mine. This service feels unreliable and should be reconsidered.
I entered the model number on their website, which recommended the oven rack I needed. I bought two, but they turned out to be too wide. When I tried to return them within the 14-day window, the support team was unhelpful and claimed it was my mistake for choosing the wrong size, despite it being their suggestion. They also have a strict no-return policy! I'm currently working with my credit card company to resolve this. I strongly advise against purchasing from this seller!

I reached out multiple times to check if it would arrive on time, as I needed to consider ordering from another seller. After several attempts without any response, I requested a cancellation and refund, opting to order from a different company. Shortly after my cancellation request, the part was finally shipped. I contacted the postal service to return it due to my new order, but despite numerous requests for a refund, even after the tracking indicated it was back at their warehouse, I have not received any communication or my refund. Overall, the service has been very disappointing, leaving them with both the part and my money.

This seller is a scam! Their website claimed they were based in the US, specifically New Jersey, but I received an alert from my bank about a purchase made in London immediately after ordering. They promised delivery in 2-4 business days, but it's been a month and I still haven't received my package. The tracking number leads to a blank page with no shipping information. I have sent at least 10 emails with no response. My next step is to report them for fraud and theft of my money. Total scammers!
