Just another internet arbitrage vendor with a flashy website and no sense of mission or customer service. I ordered a dryer part that they said could get to me in two days which earned my business even though price was higher than market average. Two days became seven days, then a typo in their label made the item undeliverable and returned. I informed them (which was disappointing that they weren’t more proactive) and they shrugged off responsibility and gave me the phone number for the post office. All further outreach was ignored.
