We experienced the exact same issues as every other reviewer with the added issue of the company continuing to bill our credit card over and over. We ordered a fan for a Samsung refrigerator in October 2025. It never came and we were not able to contact the company. The only communication we ever received was a shopify receipt with a supposed shipping date. We took the matter up with our credit card company and disputed the charge. They charged the exact same amount in December and we disputed that one as well. They charged again in January and at this point we've had to close out the account. Wish we never heard of this fraudulent site. What a headache.
