Title: AVOID AT ALL COSTS. If I could rate this company zero stars, I would. This isn't a "mystery box store"; it's a black hole for your money. I placed an order four months ago and have nothing to show for it but an empty wallet and regret. Their customer service is nonexistent. I've sent numerous emails with no response, and the phone number just rings without an option to leave a message. I've been waiting four months with no shipping confirmation or updates. They take your money and vanish. Save yourself the frustration and do not order from this company. You will be ignored, and your money will be lost. There are many legitimate businesses out there; this is not one of them.
