I have not received any confirmation regarding my order; emails keep bouncing back, and messages sent via messenger have gone unanswered. I've even left messages on their social media page, but there's been no response. I'm thinking about filing for a cash back through my bank. AVOID THIS COMPANY.
If I could give it zero stars, I would because this is a scam operation. I ordered over three months ago, and they won't respond to my messages. It claims to be shipping from another country, but I see I'm never going to get it. Losing $100 is disheartening, but we need to unite to prevent this from happening to others. I placed an order four months ago and have nothing to show for it but an empty wallet and regret. Their customer service is nonexistent. I've sent numerous emails with no response, and the phone number just rings without an option to leave a message. I've been waiting four months with no shipping confirmation or updates. They take your money and vanish. Save yourself the frustration and do not order from this company. You will be ignored, and your money will be lost. There are many legitimate businesses out there; this is not one of them.
I paid $119 for a box of junk! Everything was useless: a baby's baptism outfit, a dress for larger sizes, three pairs of the same cheap leggings, costume earrings, a ceramic ashtray, a pineapple corer, and a tube of makeup that was already broken and leaking.
I paid in May, and now it's August with nothing to show for it. They don't respond to emails, and my order has been listed as waiting for tracking details for a month. This is a bad joke, and they should be banned from social media for being clearly corrupt.
What a complete waste of time and money. I ordered a large box in March with premium shipping and still haven't received anything. I've reached out multiple times with no response. I urge everyone to avoid this site as it seems to be just another scam. Extremely disappointing.
