Quality gift boxes. I received one and I also gave one this Christmas. Both enjoyed.I have since ordered my daughter one for her birthday and look forward to receiving it and her opening it.Communication from the company was also very good, in such a busy time. My parcel was delayed by Royal Mail, which was beyond the control of the company, but they managed my expectations well.
I love using this company at Christmas or on my birthday, they bring back the surprise of gift giving on your special day whatever that may be that we all used to love as a child but may no longer have anyone to provide. You can choose to spend the amount you like and can also choose to have your gifts wrapped or not but I prefer wrapped which gives you that same feeling of anticipation that you used to get. I’ve used them a few times and never received the same item twice which is great. It’s a fantastic way to renew that Christmas morning excitement we all like to remember.
Usually have a great experience but this time i spent just over £830 to receive things i could have got cheaper elsewhere & saved myself a fortune. The boxes received were unfortunately disappointing & not much in them considering the value paid.
Boxes arrived thankfully in time for Christmas, ordered on 11th, dispatched on good time on the 13th and finally received on 22nd December - delivery option chosen was Tracked 24.Late delivery however due to Royal Mail strikes not TMGB which have sadly affected almost every company in some way, however TMGB replied to all contact I made and assured me the boxes were with the RM operator. Had the boxes not arrived I believe they would have also refunded any postage costs.I cannot speak for the contents themselves as it is a gift and won't be opened until the 25th,however the box came well packed and looks very smart. The gift wrapping is also very neat and I would recommend choosing this option as it saves you a tonne of time and looks great!Also included a bag of sweets and these came within the parcel but not inside the gift box, however seeing how packed to the brim the gift box is with lovely presents this is understandable (albeit it makes it tempting to keep the sweet bag aside for myself!)All in all, they followed through for us and we would probably use them again for other special occasions etc.Thanks to Ryan for getting back to my emails throughout the postage issues!Cheers guys,Brandon Dove
