The items in the box was absolute rubbish. To be honest I could have gone to the shops and brought better. I did email and all I got was if I returned the items I would get a full refund. But the person that received them wanted to try some out. So couldn't do that. I ask for half a refund and got told no. Will not be using again. Very disappointed in it.
I live in the states and its hard to find companies in the UK that I can use to send gifts. The Mystery Gift Box made it easy with a long list of products to choose from and the recipient loved it so it was a winner. I will definitely use the company again.
I love The Mystery Gift Box Company as the gifts that come in the mystery box are so different. The recent box I purchased was only £30 with free P&P. I always know I can purchase a Mystery box if I am stuck for a gift and also it gets sent straight to the recipient in mega quick time!
Ordered one each for grandkids ( boy and girl). Didn't think much of the boy content after selecting options of likes/hobbies etc. Both got 6 things on each Boy got a hogwarts diary, a turtle pen, a little reading light, groot playing cards , honey comb choc and a stress ballGirl got A bath bomb, some soap, a makeup headband, little miss cookies, melring kitten slime and a mug with a cat in space on it Value of boxes were £30 each
If you don't like what you get in a mystery box the title is mystery, then don't buy one and don't slag the company off because you didn't get what you wanted, that's the whole idea, it's a mystery and if you don't expect that don't buy it simple
