Good Product, Poor Service

The product is decent, but be very cautious. Customer service is erratic, and resolving issues is poorly handled. It took three months and about 20 emails to fix a wrong order. Cancelling subscriptions online is impossible, and even after I cancelled via email, they kept charging and sent the wrong item again. I've had to dispute this with my bank.
