Untrustworthy Practices

I tried the trial versions and emailed the service to cancel recurring charges. Their responses were full of discounts and distractions but did not address my request. They not only failed to honor the discount but also charged me full price twice for products I had already cancelled.

Frustrating Experience

I'm giving it one star since I can't provide a zero-star review. The company continues to send double shipments despite multiple cancellations. Instead of resolving the issue, they offered a 10% discount. While the product works, the customer service is lacking.

Good Product, Poor Service

The product is decent, but be very cautious. Customer service is erratic, and resolving issues is poorly handled. It took three months and about 20 emails to fix a wrong order. Cancelling subscriptions online is impossible, and even after I cancelled via email, they kept charging and sent the wrong item again. I've had to dispute this with my bank.

I never got my order, yet the company claims I received it on the 1st of September. When I contacted them, they were more focused on my subscription renewal, which I had no intention of continuing. How can I renew when I never received anything? Very disappointed with their attitude.

Unreliable Company

This company is a complete joke. I made a purchase in February but never received my order. After contacting them in April, they informed me the flavor was out of stock without any prior communication. I requested cancellation, but instead of honoring that, they sent me two boxes and charged me for six months of a subscription. I have proof of cancellation, yet they still asked for proof of my order to process a refund, stating I would have to cover the return shipping costs. Absolutely ridiculous!
