I was pleased with the speed and overall print quality, and I had a custom frame ready for the print's arrival. However, a few issues left me feeling let down. 1) The measurements aren't accurate. I ordered a frame for a 12" by 16" print as indicated, but there's about a 1/4 inch discrepancy. 2) The print is very fine. It looks good up close, but from a distance (about 4 meters), it appears as just a dark blue rectangle. 3) As others have mentioned, the glow-in-the-dark effect is nearly nonexistent. I can charge it with a UV light, but nothing glows when I turn off the regular lights. Honestly, I'm disappointed. While the print matches the description, I feel like I've wasted money, especially considering the frame cost as well. This feels like $200 wasted, not something to be proudly displayed as I had hoped.
