While I appreciated the speed and overall print quality, along with having a custom frame made locally, there were several aspects that left me feeling let down. 1) The measurements were not precise. I ordered a frame for a 12" by 16" print as indicated, but there was a discrepancy of about a 1/4 inch, which is problematic. 2) The print appears very fine. It looks impressive up close, but from a distance (around 4 meters), it just resembles a dark blue rectangle. 3) As mentioned by others, the glow-in-the-dark feature is nearly non-existent. I can charge it with a UV light, but it fails to glow when the regular lights are turned off. I am truly disappointed. Although the print matches the description, I feel as though I've wasted money, especially considering the frame cost as well. This feels like $200 spent on something that will end up in a drawer instead of being displayed as I had hoped.
