After placing my order, I received an email stating that "we cannot guarantee delivery in time with standard shipping," which felt misleading. I agreed to pay for expedited shipping (about 20% of the gift's cost), only to be informed on 12/23 that it wouldn't arrive until January 2nd. The handling of expectations was extremely poor; I wouldn’t consider making a purchase again due to these shipping issues.
