They don’t get back to you. This was a Xmas present and was advised will be shipped by 19/12. It’s the 29/12 and I’m still waiting. Purchase on 10/12/23 :(I demanded a refund and no contact has been made from this scam of a company. Shipping times are a lie.. Purchase elsewhere and save yourself the hassleNever again. I will post complaints on allSocial media sites to warn buyers.!!!!
