I purchased several clothing items that arrived unsealed and simply thrown into a box. This wouldn’t have been such a problem if the box had been properly packaged. The delivery box was found 36 hours later, soaked and falling apart outside my door. I had to wring the water out of the clothing! I contacted customer service, sent videos and photos, and was offered a measly 15% discount. Some of the items were birthday gifts, so I guess I’ll just remove the labels and wash them first? If you’re going to offer compensation, at least make it worthwhile for the significant inconvenience. The alternative was to repackage everything at my own expense and return it for a refund. I was even suggested to visit a physical store to ask for a box! The case was handled by a representative, but I received no response from management despite my requests for escalation. I’m posting this review in hopes of prompting contact, though given the terrible reviews, I doubt it. I would remove this review if a satisfactory resolution is offered. I just wish I could upload photos and videos to show how bad it was!
