I went to the store to ask for advice about my jacket that is less than 2 months old and there is fiber migration / Insulation Leakage.The internal synthetic fibers or down are poking through the face fabric and the hemline. The store manager on Regent Street made me feel like I was using the jacket improperly and said that they have 3 northface jackets and its never happened to them. I was on the verge of tears because its my first jacket and I have been told they last a long time and are very durable.

Disappointing quality for the price

We purchased two coats in September 2025 for the upcoming school year. One was a high-end padded jacket priced at £150, alongside a similar coat from another brand for £50, both from the same retailer. The quality of the affordable coat is excellent—no complaints even after several washes due to kids getting them dirty. However, the expensive coat is incredibly disappointing! For £150, all the padding has shifted to one side, leaving the back unsupported. It's ridiculous; even budget brands likely offer better quality. You're essentially paying for the brand name, and it frustrates me that such an overpriced item is so poorly made. This brand = poorly constructed product. Save your money and opt for brands that prioritize quality.

You're just paying for the name, and it infuriates me that such a costly item is so poorly made. This brand = poorly constructed items. Save your money and choose other brands with better standards.

If you enjoy soggy clothes, order away!

I purchased several clothing items that arrived unsealed and simply thrown into a box. This wouldn’t have been such a problem if the box had been properly packaged. The delivery box was found 36 hours later, soaked and falling apart outside my door. I had to wring the water out of the clothing! I contacted customer service, sent videos and photos, and was offered a measly 15% discount. Some of the items were birthday gifts, so I guess I’ll just remove the labels and wash them first? If you’re going to offer compensation, at least make it worthwhile for the significant inconvenience. The alternative was to repackage everything at my own expense and return it for a refund. I was even suggested to visit a physical store to ask for a box! The case was handled by a representative, but I received no response from management despite my requests for escalation. I’m posting this review in hopes of prompting contact, though given the terrible reviews, I doubt it. I would remove this review if a satisfactory resolution is offered. I just wish I could upload photos and videos to show how bad it was!

Extremely disappointing

Extremely disappointing. I bought a pricey jacket, followed the washing instructions perfectly, and it came out flat instead of puffy. The quality is appalling. To make matters worse, I ordered a hoodie as a Christmas gift, but it never arrived. The courier lost it, and after nearly two weeks, I still have no item or refund. It’s too late for Christmas, and I haven’t received my money back. For a brand like this, I am utterly shocked by the poor service and quality.

A company to avoid

My parcel was left at my door with no one home. I had to knock on doors in the street to find out who took it in. Customer service was unhelpful, making me feel foolish for wanting to receive what I paid for. This has been an appalling experience.

Terrible customer service - a letdown

Honestly, I couldn't write a worse review for a company. I'm extremely disappointed and will never buy an expensive item again! I placed an order for £300 during a sale, but the courier misdelivered it to the wrong location. I found it a week later by chance, but it was stolen. I sent numerous pictures and queries for an investigation. They claimed the investigation was clear and did not issue a refund or even a coupon. This has been the worst experience ever!

Delivery takes forever!

It feels like I could have climbed a mountain faster than my £160 jacket is taking to arrive. Also, the branding is poor, with letters peeling off. I didn’t pay inflated prices for this kind of quality.

Returned goods but never got my money back!

I can't believe how poorly my return was handled. I sent back my coat on November 6th, and they received it on the 8th. I have proof of postage and tracking, yet I still haven’t been refunded. Their investigation team rejected the refund, claiming the coat was delivered fine, which doesn't make sense since they received it themselves. Customer service has been awful—slow, unhelpful, and nonexistent. I requested to speak with a manager, but no one got back to me. I felt ignored and left with no progress. I had to go through my bank to try to recover my money and now I'm waiting over 45 days for an investigation. This has been an incredibly frustrating experience. I will never order from them again. If you're returning items online, be warned: if anything goes wrong, you’ll be left fighting for your refund with no help from them.

Bought a jacket during a sale but…

I bought a jacket during a sale, but it turned out to be too large. When I inquired about an exchange, I was told they don’t do exchanges and that I would have to return it and reorder, meaning I would have to pay full price again. There was nothing indicating they do not offer exchanges.
